1) I like one of your designs, but what if I prefer different colors?: All of our designs can be customized in different colors. On our order form there is a special space for custom colors. Describe what colors you would like. If you have the brand name and number of a paint color you would like to coordinate with include that in your instructions. You will be contacted before we begin your project to make sure we understand your instructions fully. There is an additional fee of $75 for this service.
2) Can I put my child's name or monogram on the painting?: All of our designs can be personalized with a name or special phrase. On our order form there is a special space for personalizing a painting. Fill this in with the name or phrase and we will add it to the painting. (Please make sure to check the spelling carefully!) There is an additional fee of $25 for this service on all paintings except our You Name Its.
3) I like your paintings, but what if I want something different than the designs you have on your site?: If you would like something totally different than what you see here contact us for a quote on a custom painting.
4) I have just placed an order. When will I have to pay?: We want to make sure you are totally satisfied with your order. We feel that the best way to do that is to contact you personally and work closely with you to make sure we get your order right. You will be invoiced after we receive your order and fully understand any special instructions. We will ship your painting after we receive payment in full. We encourage you to stay in contact with us during the entire process.
